In Love And Light Yoga



Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class time.

*  Although some classes are gentle, they are not suitable for those with recent surgery or serious injury.  If you have any medical issues please get your Dr's approval before beginning a practice.

Props, mats & blankets are provided at the studio or bring your own.

*All mats & props are cleaned after every class.  All eye pillow covers are washed after every use.  Bolsters & blankets are cleaned regularly. We steam our bamboo floor 3x's a week,  the restroom is cleaned daily.  We strive to keep our studio clean so you can have peace of mind and a healthy body.

All Classes will include asana (postures) pranayama (breathing) & meditation.

Not all yoga classes are the same, some classes are more vigorous and some more gentle.  What do you prefer?  Sometimes what you think you are sure to like, does not fit and sometimes the class you are sure is not for you, is the class you adore.   Explore yoga and find the style that resonates within your soul and let your practice sore...

Stretch & Breathe - This is our Super Gentle class which consists of modified yoga and an ecletic mix of modalities suitable for all, meditation & pranayama breathing. Wonderful class for those who are not flexible, those with aches and pains , healing from injury and those desiring a more restorative therapeutic class

Absolute Beginners ~ Discover yoga, explore yourself. In this class we focus on safely moving the body using the fundamental moving principals onnecting your breath with your body to allow the breath to move you into your practice. Relieve daily stress and improve your flexibility while enhancing your over all health. This is our most gentle hatha style class suitable for all without injury or serious illness.      * running on calendar

Gentle Hatha -  Very similar to the Absolute Beginners class.
A gentle introduction to yoga suitable for all . In this class we will  continue to explore the foundation of yoga.  We
will discover how to make the connection between our body and our mind.  We continue to explore how the body moves and how we can allow the breath to move us.  Suitable for all without serious injury.

Gentle Flow  - A slow flow class where postures flow from one into another. In this class we will introduce more standing postures, build more balance and strength.  This class is a gentle vinyasa. Suitable for most, mixed level beginners are welcome.

Flow - A more challenging vinyasa, mixed levels welcome.

New   Yoga for Men with Pete Figueiro ~  A moderate vinyasa flow suitable for most.  This class is not intended for those with high blood pressure or heart disease.  Connect your breath with the movement of your body and  be present.  Mixed levels welcome.

Book Camp - In this 2 hr class we detox , strengthen and lengthen.
A gentle ~ intermediate vinyasa flow class followed by yin ending with restorative savasana.  Mixed level.  


Hot Yoga Flow - This class is a vinyasa suitable for those in good physical health as the room is heated between 90-95 degrees.  Detox
your body while increasing flexibility and shedding away extra pounds.
Mixed levels welcome.  *Not suitable for those with high blood pressure  , heart disease or for those taking certain medications. 
Get your Dr's approval.   Bring a towel, water & your own mat, we have good mats available for purchase @ 12  as well as yogitoes mat towels to avoid slippage @ 49. You will sweat alot so it is best to use your own mat.  Pre~reg  8 wk class  @ 15 per class = $120

Shakti Vinyasa Flow ~  similar to our flow a more vigorous class.  Using our breath as a guide beginning slowly and then moving thru the flow more quickly building shakti within the body. Prepare to sweat and build your practice. Suitable for most, mixed levels welcome.

Hypno~Yoga - Combine the benefits of yoga & hypnotherapy to achieve your goals.  A gentle yoga class to get the body moving followed by a relaxing hypnosis session to suggest your goal to your subconscious mind.
Class themes will vary from Stress, Anxiety & Confidence ~ Weight loss ~ Quit Smoking ~ Memory & Focus ~ Healthy Living ~ 

Pre~natal Yoga  ~ ease away the stress & strain pregnancy can bring
on the body.  Gentle stretching, pranayama & lots of restorative poses.
Preparing your mind & body for birth, delivery & beyond.  Class is for
those 4 months +       8wk class    


Restorative~Yin ,  Gentle warming flow followed by restorative yoga propped & pampered on blankets & pillows followed by longer held yoga postures to allow the body to open more deeply, increasing flexibility while melting away the stress of the day.  Class is suitable for all beginners

Sadhana ~ Begins with chanting, a gentle asana practice to offer your heart to the sky, ending in meditation.  All welcome.
