Props, mats & blankets are provided at the studio or bring your own.
*All mats & props are cleaned after every class. Bolsters & blankets are cleaned regularly. We steam our bamboo floor 3x's a week, the restroom is cleaned daily. We strive to keep our studio clean so you can have peace of mind and a healthy body.
All Classes will include asana (postures) pranayama (breathing) & meditation.
Not all yoga classes are the same, some classes are more vigorous and some more gentle. What do you prefer? Sometimes what you think you are sure to like, does not fit and sometimes the class you are sure is not for you, is the class you adore. Woman's Gentle Stretch ending with Thai Yogassage - This is our Super Gentle class which consists of modified yoga and an ecletic mix of modalities suitable for all, meditation & pranayama breathing. Wonderful class for those who are not flexible, those with aches and pains , and those desiring a more restorative therapeutic class. This class ends with a short yummy Thai Yogassage which is assisited stretching and gentle assisted movement , very opening and restorative.

Absolute Beginners ~ Discover yoga, explore yourself. In this class we focus on safely moving the body using the fundamental moving principals onnecting your breath with your body to allow the breath to move you into your practice. Relieve daily stress and improve your flexibility while enhancing your over all health. This is our most gentle hatha style class suitable for all without injury or serious illness. * running on calendar Level 1
Gentle Hatha - Very similar to the Absolute Beginners class.
A gentle introduction to yoga suitable for all . In this class we will continue to explore the foundation of yoga. We
will discover how to make the connection between our body and our mind. We continue to explore how the body moves and how we can allow the breath to move us. Suitable for all without serious injury.

Modified Gentle Hatha Flow ~ Modified Sun Salutes to warm into a standing flow from the front of the mat without the vinyasa. Slowly moving from 1 posture into the next guided by your breath. Building upon your hatha practice. Suitable for most.
Level 1, 1+
Yoga for Stiff Men ~ A class designed for the inflexible man, gain flexibilty , balance & strength while reducing the stress in your life.
Sun Salutations ~ Joining each breath with movement through a series of Sun Salutations, using your breath as the guide allowing your practice to be as gentle or vigorous as is right for you.
Suitable for most. Level 1, 1+
Gentle Slow Flow ~ The foundation of flow style yoga, Slow moving guided postures connected thru a modified vinyasa flow.
Suitable for most. Level 1, 1+
Mixed Level Flow - A slow flow class where postures flow from one into another. In this class we will introduce more standing postures, build more balance and strength. This class is a vinyasa. Suitable for most, mixed level beginners are welcome.
Can be modified up or down . Level 1, 2
Yoga Beat ~ Fun Vinyasa Flow ~ move through a fun vinyasa flow to the hip hop beat. Mixed Level
Vinyasa Flow - A more challenging vinyasa

Intro to Flow ~ A gentle introduction to vinyasa yoga. Connect with the breath while reducing stress , increasing balance, flexibility and strength. Level 1
Book Camp - In this 2 hr class we detox , strengthen and lengthen.
A intermediate vinyasa flow class followed by yin ending with restorative savasana. Level 1+ , 2
Heated Hatha - This is a hatha style class suitable for those in good health without high blood pressure or heart disease. Studio is heated between 90-95* with added humidity and air. Prepare to detox, build flexibility ,tone and shed extra pounds. Bring water, your own mat ,a full length towel and a change of clothes.
*Drink water before coming to class & lots of water after class.
Beginner's welcome, mixed level. Sorry not suitable for prenatal.
Heated Power Yoga - This class is a vinyasa suitable for those in good physical health . We will jump back and forth as we move through the flow. Studio heated 85-90* with added humidity & air
Detox your body while increasing flexibility and shedding away extra pounds.
***Not suitable for prenatal or those with high blood pressure , heart disease. For those taking certain medications , get your Dr's approval.
Bring a towel and water. Come on an empty stomache.
Level Mixed ~ Beginner's Welcome
Shakti Vinyasa Flow ~ similar to our flow a more vigorous class. Using our breath as a guide beginning slowly and then moving thru the flow more quickly building shakti within the body. Prepare to sweat and build your practice.
Level 2 moderate
Raising Your Kundalini ~ Gentle & Moderate ~ Mantra, Breath & Movement.
Gentle will be a slow moving mostly seated practice, suitable for all.
Moderate will be a faster moving practice suitable for most, as you move at your own pace.
As the energy moves through the body, it clears away blocked impurities or imbalances. Kundalini is a form of energy associated with the feeling of being alive-filled with freely moving energy-flooded with light, or enlightenment.
Hypno~Yoga - Combine the benefits of yoga & hypnosis to achieve your goals. A gentle yoga class to get the body moving followed by a relaxing hypnosis session to suggest your goal to your subconscious mind.

Relax & Renew with Restorative ~ Yin , Gentle warming flow followed by restorative yoga propped & pampered on blankets & pillows followed by longer held yoga postures to allow the body to open more deeply, increasing flexibility while melting away the stress of the day. Class is suitable for all . All Levels
Prenatal Yoga ~ Yoga designed for the mom to be. Relieve the tention stress of pregnancy and prepare for the birth of your baby & beyond.
Sadhana ~ A spiritual offering between you & God or your chosen deity , whomever or whatever that may be for you. Begins with pranyama, chanting, a gentle asana practice to offer your heart to the sky, ending in meditation & chant. All welcome. All Levels
